A Business Account can be created in your profile settings. To do this, user must verify the company and his right to represent it using an automatic verification process.
Who can create a Business Account
A business account can be created by a user who is the legal representative of the company in the Business Register (Äriregister). Verification is carried out via Authentigate and the Business Register.
If the user is not a representative of the company or does not have the right of sole representation, a Business Account cannot be created.
How to create a Business Account
- Open your account settings.
- In the User Type section, click the button to create or verify a company.
- Enter the company's registration number.
- The system will verify the company in the Estonian Business Register and display the company details.
- Verify your identity via Authentigate.
- After your identity has been verified, the system will check whether you have the right to represent the company.
- If the verification is successful, complete the questionnaire and provide the company's legal and contact details.
- Save the information. Your account will then be converted into a Business Account.

What happens after successful verification
Once the verification is successfully completed, the company will be linked to your account, and your account will receive Business Account status.
Your listings will be processed as listings from a business seller. A legal information block about the company may be displayed on your listings.
If the verification fails
Verification may fail if:
- the company cannot be found;
- you are not a legal representative of the company;
- you do not have the required representation rights;
- the company has representation restrictions or special representation conditions.
